Help Us Build the Wellness Science Question Bank

Contribute to the Challenges by adding quiz questions, discussion ideas, or join the community to get involved.

The purpose of these questions is not simply to test memorization. We want participants to develop the knowledge and thinking skills needed to evaluate health and wellness information more effectively.

Questions should help participants

  • Understand foundational scientific concepts and terminology.

  • Evaluate the strength and limitations of evidence.

  • Distinguish correlation from causation.

  • Recognize misleading reasoning, bias, and unsupported claims.

  • Interpret risk, uncertainty, and conflicting findings.

  • Consider how evidence should be applied in light of individual goals,

  • values, circumstances, and preferences.

Participation in WSI reflects a willingness to engage constructively and does not imply endorsement of every participant, sponsor, organization, or viewpoint.
